All items are posted using Royal Mail standard signed for service at a cost of £4.50 P&P on a 2-3 day UK service (when ordered before 3pm Mon-Thurs excluding bank holidays.

If you order after 3pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched the next working (Monday) so you will receive your items on the Tuesday. If you wish to recieve your order on a Saturday you should select Saturday delivery before our cut off time of 3pm on Friday.

A Saturday before 1pm delivery option is available for purchases made on Friday before 3pm.

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us. Due to shipping laws we are unable to send Perfumes, Oils or Fragrances internationally.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Alternatively if you live nearby to The Square you have the option to click and collect your items from the boutique (orders must be collected within 5 days of purchase). If you request this option please contact us.
All of our full priced items will be sent out to you via Royal Mail, our carrier of choice, in branded “The Square” packaging. Footwear orders will be delivered in the original designers own packaging. Jewellery will be sent to you in the designers’ own packaging or in an organza bag.
If you wish to return an item then you should email us at email@example.com to notify us of the return within 7 days of receiving the goods. You should make it clear if you require an exchange, credit note or refund for the item.
The Square will refund Return postage costs made through Royal Mail Standard Signed for delivery only and with proof of payment. Any items returned through another provider will not be refunded. The Refund will be made once the item is received and will be processed with the exchange or refund. Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted.
You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 14 days of receiving the items. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
Place the completed form in the parcel you are returning to us along with you item/s. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. In order to guarantee the item we advise you to place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all the designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
Any Christmas gifts brought after 15th November can be returned up to to January 6th.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Goods returned outside of the above timeframes will not accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Swimwear pieces are refundable as long as the hygiene sticker it still visible and not been removed.
Underwear is non-returnable unless faulty.
